A few answers before we talk in person. The figures are estimates: Butler Suite is in full development, and right now we are looking for partners more than for customers.

These prices are orders of magnitude, not a quote. The final price depends on the hardware chosen and the number of people.
How it works
Butler is a website — except it runs on one specific machine, and you know where that machine is. You open it in your browser, or in the Windows client. Nothing to install on each workstation.
You record a meeting, drop in a document, ask a question, request a translation. The tools are the same in every formula.
Speech is transcribed, the document is read, the model answers. It is computation, on graphics cards. The only question is where those cards are: with us in Vienna, or with you.
With the subscription it is with us, wiped every two weeks. With the portable version it is at your place. With the complete version and the institutional deployment, nothing leaves. In every case, not one byte is used to train a model — not ours, not anyone’s.

In practice
In practice, we are in full development. Butler runs every day at TU Wien, with more than ninety users, but it is not finished — and we would rather say so.
For now we are looking for partners more than for customers: organisations that would use Butler in a real working environment, with real meetings and real documents, and tell us what works and what does not. That is how it gets good.

No. They are estimates, given so that you know what to expect before we talk. The exact price depends on the hardware and the number of people.
With the subscription, your conversations, documents and meetings are erased from our disks every two weeks, automatically. There is no copy anywhere else: no cloud, no backup at a third party. Erased means destroyed. If you want to keep your work, you need a machine at your place.
The large language model — the one that answers in the chat, summarises a meeting, translates a document, runs a research. It needs powerful graphics cards. The portable version does not have enough of them to do it alone, so it turns to our machines in Vienna for that part. Transcription runs entirely on site.
No. It does everything on site and works even cut off from the internet. We stay around for updates and to help, but Butler no longer depends on us to work.
That is the institutional deployment: several GPU servers sized to your usage, for more than 200 users, everything local. It is priced per project — write to us with the size of your organisation.
Yes. The free tools on this site are Butler, with no account and no trace, on our own GPUs. They are rate-limited, but they are the real tools.
